Do I need a NIE to buy a property in the Canary Islands?
Yes, the NIE (Numero de Identidad de Extranjero — Foreign Identity Number) is required for any financial transaction in Spain, including property purchases. GestiSure guides you through the entire process.
How much does the service cost?

Is it safe to upload my documents?
