2. Purpose of the service

GestiSure is a digital administrative services platform that facilitates the completion of official procedures for foreign residents in the Canary Islands, including but not limited to:

  • Obtaining an NIE (Numero de Identidad de Extranjero — Foreign Identity Number)
  • Municipal registration (empadronamiento)
  • Property purchase administration
  • Tax management (Modelo 210, Income Tax, Wealth Tax, IGIC)
  • Full property acquisition management

GestiSure acts as a digital intermediary and procedure facilitator. It is not a law firm or formal legal advisory service. Services are provided through the digital platform accessible at https://app.gestisure.com.

3. Access and use of the platform

  • Access to the platform requires the creation of a user account
  • The user undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials
  • Use of the platform for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms is prohibited
  • GestiSure reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms

4. Pricing and billing

The price of each service is displayed transparently before starting any procedure. Access to the platform and the AI assistant is free. Administrative fees and processing charges are detailed individually for each service.

Invoices are issued electronically and include the applicable IGIC (Impuesto General Indirecto Canario — Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).

5. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, graphics, logos, icons, software, design) is the property of Michael Andre J. DESCAMPS or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content without express authorisation is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

  • GestiSure does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform
  • Processing timescales depend on the competent public authorities
  • GestiSure is not responsible for delays caused by public authorities
  • GestiSure's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
  • GestiSure is not responsible for information provided by the user if it is incorrect

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Modification of terms

GestiSure reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated to registered users with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the platform after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Arona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
