2. Nora assistant

  • What we process: the text of your questions and the generated answers, as well as your IP address (needed to limit the number of questions and prevent abuse).
  • Why: solely to generate the answer to your question.
  • We do not store your conversations. The history stays only in your browser (session storage) and is erased when you close the tab or click “New conversation”. On our server, we only record technical data without the content of the conversations (date, language, volume, duration).
  • Artificial intelligence provider: to generate the answers, your messages are sent to Anthropic PBC (United States), which acts as a data processor. Under its terms, Anthropic does not use data received through its API to train its models and retains it for a limited period for security purposes. This international transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
  • Legal basis: your request for information (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Recommendation: do not include personal data (name, NIE, passport, address, bank details…) in your questions; they are not needed to obtain general information.

3. Contacting an advisor (email or WhatsApp)

  • What we process: the data you voluntarily send us (name, email or phone number, your request and, where applicable, any documents you choose to share).
  • Why: to respond to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote and provide the advisory service (delivered by Michaël DESCAMPS under the TenAdvisor brand).
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Retention period: the time needed to handle your request; if a service is provided, the applicable statutory periods (in particular 5 years for tax matters).
  • If you write to us on WhatsApp, the messaging service is provided by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms.

4. Visitor statistics

We use Umami, an analytics tool hosted on a server we manage, which does not use cookies and only produces aggregated, anonymous statistics (page views, country, device type, use of the assistant). It cannot identify you.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the providers necessary for the service are involved (website hosting, Anthropic for the assistant) and, where applicable, the authorities when required by law.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@gestisure.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

All communications are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). The assistant has no access to any personal database and does not store conversations.
