GestiSure offers, free of charge, “Nora”, a virtual assistant that provides general information about administrative and tax procedures in Spain and the Canary Islands (NIE, empadronamiento, digital certificate, Modelo 210, IRPF, IGIC, Seguridad Social, etc.).
Using the assistant is free, requires no sign-up or account, and does not create any contractual relationship.
3. Nature of the information
- Nora’s answers are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence system based on a knowledge base. They are purely informative and general in nature.
- They do not constitute personalised, legal or tax advice, and do not replace consulting a professional who reviews your situation.
- Despite the care taken, the answers may contain errors or omissions, and regulations may change. Always verify the information on the official sources indicated before making a decision.
- The publisher accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the information provided by the assistant.
4. Personalised assistance (optional)
If your case requires it, you can contact an advisor by email or WhatsApp. Personalised advice and, where applicable, assistance with procedures are provided by Michaël DESCAMPS under the TenAdvisor brand, based on a quote sent to and accepted by you before any service is provided. Nothing is subscribed to or paid for through this website.
The advisor is neither a gestor administrativo colegiado nor a lawyer. For matters requiring the involvement of a regulated professional (for example a dispute), you will be informed and may be referred to the appropriate professional.
5. Proper use of the service
- We recommend that you do not include personal data (name, NIE, passport, address, bank details…) in your questions: they are not needed to obtain general information.
- It is forbidden to use the assistant for unlawful purposes, to attempt to interfere with its operation, or to use it in an automated or abusive manner. To ensure the availability of the service, the number of questions per person per day is limited.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, graphics, logos, design) belongs to the publisher or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
7. Availability
The service is provided as is and free of charge. The publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, without any right to compensation.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Arona (Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
